      针对传统谐波雷达自身信号泄漏大、虚警高、信噪比低、弱目标检测能力差、电磁兼容设计严格、系统复杂等问题,提出MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output)组合波谐波雷达技术。研究了MIMO 组合波谐波雷达工作原理,采用组合波接收方式,代替传统单发单收谐波雷达的二次谐波,建立了MIMO组合波谐波雷达信号模型,研究了MIMO组合波谐波雷达的成像原理及数字波束形成技术,并进行了仿真。仿真表明,MIMO组合波谐波雷达能够有效提高系统的隔离度,减少了系统设计的复杂度。利用了MIMO雷达的多自由度优势,有效提高了谐波雷达检测弱目标的能力。

      In view of the problems of traditional harmonic radar large signal leakage, high false alarm, low signal-to-noise ratio, poor detection ability of weak targets, strict electromagnetic compatibility design and complex system, the MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) combined wave harmonic radar technology is proposed. The working principle of the MIMO combined wave harmonic radar is studied, the combined wave receiving method is used to replace the second harmonic of the traditional single-shot single-receive harmonic radar, the MIMO combined wave harmonic radar signal model is established, and the imaging principle and digital beamforming technology of the MIMO combined wave harmonic radar are studied. Simulation result shows that MIMO combined wave harmonic radar can effectively improve the isolation of the system and reduce the complexity of system design. Taking advantage of the multiple degrees of freedom of the MIMO radar, it effectively improves the ability of the MIMO combined wave harmonic radar to detect weak targets.
