      设计了一种超级紧凑的、可工作于V 波段及W 波段的毫米波波导窗,它基于低损耗环烯烃共聚物 (COC),加工成阶梯结构,放置在波导匹配段中间对称位置,并在两侧连接标准的矩形波导通道,从而具有宽带、透 明、易匹配以及机械性能良好等特点。验证了该波导窗在V 波段和W 波段内的可行性,在回波损耗优于20 dB 的情 况下,在V 波段工作频带为57~66 GHz,在W 波段工作频带为77. 8~108. 25 GHz,仿真和测试结果证实其为毫米波 甚至更高频带上宽带应用的理想选择。
英文摘要:
      The concept of super compact millimeter wave waveguide window based on low-loss cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) at V band and W band is proposed in this work. The waveguide window is composed of a machined step-type COC dielectric, and it is placed inside modified waveguide and connected with standard rectangular waveguide at both ends. The feasibility of communication frequency band at V band and W band is verified by testing several fabricated models. With the return loss better than 20 dB, the working frequency band at V band ranges from 57 GHz to 66 GHz, and at W band ranges from 77. 8 GHz to 108. 25 GHz, which proves that the waveguide window is an excellent candidate for broadband applications in millimeter wave band or even higher.
