      基于枝节加载嵌套型开环谐振器(SLNSRR)设计了一款阻带抑制提升的高频率选择性平衡滤波器, 并且设计了超低相位噪声差分振荡器。借助于混合电磁耦合技术,平衡滤波器在临近通带高端处具有一个传输零 点使得滤波器群时延得以提高,有效地提升所设计振荡器的相位噪声性能。为了验证该方法的可行性,设计、加工 并且测试了基于SLNSRR 平衡滤波器的差分振荡器。测试结果表明振荡频率为2. 004 GHz,拥有稳定的反向振荡信 号输出,每一个端口的输出功率为9. 29 dBm。在偏离载波100 kHz 和1 MHz 处拥有优异的相位噪声性能,分别达 到了-129. 09 dBc/ Hz 和-146. 70 dBc/ Hz。在基于平面混合集成电路工艺相似频率范围内的众多先进振荡器中, 此款振荡器的相位噪声性能是表现最佳的差分振荡器之一。

      In this paper, a low phase noise differential oscillators is proposed using stub-loaded nested split-ring resonator (SLNSRR) based on high-frequency selectivity balanced filter with improved stopband suppression. Taking advantage of mixed electric and magnetic coupling, a transmission zero closed to the upper passband of the proposed filter is introduced leading to a high peak group delay, which is critical to phase noise improvement of the designed oscillator. To verify the hypothesis of the proposed approach, the differential oscillator based on SLNSRR is designed, fabricated and measured. The measured results show the differential oscillator oscillates at 2. 004 GHz with stable anti-phase oscillation signals, as well as 9. 29 dBm output power of each port. The superior phase noise performance at 100 kHz and 1 MHz frequency offset are -129. 09 dBc/ Hz and -146. 70 dBc/ Hz, respectively. To the author′s best knowledge, this is one of the best phase noise performances among the state-of-the-art works designed on planar hybrid integrated circuits at the similar frequency range.
