      研制了一款VHF频段的六阶高温超导带通滤波器。给出了窄带高温超导滤波器的理想电路模型和S参数曲线,提取了该滤波器结构的耦合矩阵、外部品质因数,用主动空间映射法优化了版图性能。研制的高温超导滤波器中心频率45.5 MHz、相对带宽小于2%,由于采用介电常数为23.75 的铝酸镧作为介质基板,大大缩减电路尺寸至0.053λg2。实测结果表明,该滤波器频率响应整体左偏0.15 MHz,带宽900 kHz,通带内插入损耗小于1.9 dB,带外抑制高达70 dB,与版图仿真结果基本吻合。
英文摘要:
      A six-order high temperature superconducting (HTS) band-pass filter in VHF band has been developed. The ideal circuit model and S parameter curve of the ultra-narrow band HTS filter are given. The coupling matrix and quality factor of the structure are extracted. The layout performance is optimized by using active space mapping method. The developed high temperature superconducting filter has a central frequency of 45. 5 MHz and a relative bandwidth of less than 2%. The circuit size is greatly reduced to 0. 053λg2 by using lanthanum aluminate with a dielectric constant of 23. 75 as the dielectric substrate. The measured results show that the frequency response of the filter is left-shift 0. 15 MHz as a whole, and the bandwidth is 900 kHz, the insertion loss in the passband is less than 1. 9 dB, extra-band inhibition is as high as 70 dB, the simulation results are in good agreement with the layout simulation results.
