      有源相控阵的核心是微波射频系统,包含T/ R 组件和延时放大组件。T/ R 组件具有高效率、高幅度相位稳定性、高可靠性、低成本、小型化等优点。在组件小型化的同时提供了极高的射频增益,其稳定性设计与评估就显得十分重要。文中介绍了有源相控阵射频系统稳定性常见的问题以及评估方法,用此方法确保了微波射频系统的稳定性,同时极大提高了雷达的可靠性和安全性,为有源相控阵雷达长期稳定运行提供了有力的技术保证。
英文摘要:
      The phased array antenna has high reliability and becomes a key research point for radar application. The core of the phased array antenna is microwave RF system, including the T/ R module and time-delay amplification module. The T/R module must meet the demand of high efficiency, high amplitude- phase stability, high reliability, low cost, miniaturization and lightweight. These modules always provide high gain and miniaturization simultaneously. So, the design and estimation of RF stability are very important. In this paper, the estimation and design method of stability are discussed. The designed T/R module is stable and reliable for active phased array radar application.
