      为满足脉冲压缩体制高分辨率雷达对宽带线性调频信号的需求,解决基于数模转换、压控振荡器、变频(或倍频)等传统技术产生方法带来的带宽有限、线性度差、新调制信号产生(杂散恶化)等问题,提出了一种新型的宽带线性调频信号的产生方法,并通过电路设计和实现验证了该调频源的性能指标。应用该方法研制的宽带线性调频源工作在C 波段,频率带宽优于2. 5 GHz,相对带宽优于46. 3%,调频源获得了8. 8×10-4 良好的频率线性度,同时该调频源具有小型化和低功耗特点。
英文摘要:
      The bandwidth and the frequency linearity of the transmitted signal in high resolution radar are critical to the system′s performance. However, conventional techniques based on VCOs or DACs following with multipliers and mixers are limited due to the degradation of spurious and the emergence of new inter-modulated signals. A novel approach to generate linearly frequency modulated (LFM) signal with a wide bandwidth and excellent frequency linearity is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. This method not only can realize the miniaturization and low power consumption, but also can be integrated on the chip. The generated LFM signal has a bandwidth of 2. 5 GHz at the center frequency of 5. 4 GHz, giving a remarkable relative bandwidth up to 46. 3%. The frequency linearity is also evaluated, and about 8. 8×10-4 linearity is obtained.
